Our founder brings experiences from 12 years of service in the United States Military, leading teams in high-pressure environments where clarity, accountability, and execution were non-negotiable. That experience did not stay in uniform - it carried directly into the corporate arena.
After transitioning into business leadership, those same principles were applied across multi-state operations, large teams, and complex organizations, managing tens of millions of dollars in responsibility and leading teams through growth, change, and uncertainty.
